Abstract

ThirdSphere's shared hosting services have been discontinued* and this
account has been suspended.

If you are the owner of this account you must read the following
carefully to keep your account files from being permanently deleted,
and to gain access to your files so that you can move them to another
hosting company.

Restoring your files
At the end of our two-month shutdown process during which we wrote to
all of our customers and assisted many of them in moving their accounts
to new hosts, we shut down all of our servers. In order to give you
access to your files so that you can move them to a new hosting company
we will need to pay our restore consultant to retrieve your files from
our storage/backup servers. Though our restore consultant is very nice,
he does not do this for free.

There are three choices for paying to have your files restored and made
available to you:

Option 1:
Sign up for a hosting account at HostGator

If you sign up for a HostGator account using our affiliate link

Hostgator pays us a commission (of $50) which we will use to pay the
restore consultant. There will be no charge to you. We will restore
your account, unsuspend your account and then move your files to your
new hosting account at HostGator.

There are certain requirements to take advantage of this offer:
1. You must sign up with our HostGator affiliate link
2. You must sign up using the same main domain you had at ThirdSphere
3. You must be a new hostgator customer. This offer does not apply if
you have previously had a HostGator account.
4. You must follow our instructions completely and in a timely way If
we ask you to write back after you have heard from hostgator you
have to do that. (I know this all sounds obvious, but I can't tell
you how many people couldn't do that and their move dragged on for
a month, instead of getting wrapped up in 24 hours.)

Note: Automation Station does not transfer. If you used Automation
Station write to us at ticket@web-hosting-support and we can give
you a help file for downloading the subscribers, and talk with you
about options for getting the functionality of Automation Staion from
other programs.

Follow the instructions in step 1, and then write back to us at
ticket@web-hosting-support with the following information from your
new HostGator account:

The hostgator controlpanel login URL
username
password

Option 2:
Pay $50 charge to restore your site,
unsuspend your account, and give you access.

If you decide that you want to host your webiste somewhere other than
HostGator (or you are a preexisting HostGator customer) you can pay the
$50 charge for the restore consultant to restore your files, and then
we will unsuspend your account so that you can have FTP and Control
Panel access so that you can download your files and move them to your
new hosting account.

If you decide to take this option, write to us at
ticket@web-hosting-support with the main domain name for the
account that you want to restore, and we will confirm that we have a
backup of your account, and provide you with payment and download
instructions.

Note: If you are an ARP (AutoResponse Plus) user, or think you might
want to become one, we recommend you move your hosting company to
HitDirector. If you were an AutomationStation user and you think that
you may want to upgrade to ARP write to us at
ticket@web-hosting-support

Remember, your website is suspended so when you write to us, be sure to
use an email address that is not on a suspended account. We recommend
gmail if you need a free email address.

Auto Response Plus (ARP) and Option 3:

If you are an ARP (AutoResponse Plus) user your site should already
have been moved to Hit Director. If you are seeing this message and you
know you are already a HitDirector customer, please open a ticket
at your HitDirector account and paste them the domain name you put in
the browser that led you to this page and if you want to continue using
the domain name on your account or you just want this page not to be
displayed.

- However, if you are not currently a Hit Director
customer but would like to start using ARP, we strongly recommend you
move your hosting to HitDirector and if you decide to do that,
providing you qualify, there will be no charge to restore, unsuspend,
and move your account to Hit Director from ThirdSphere.

How do you know if you qualify:
1. If you were an AutomationStation user, and don't need the shopping
cart portion of Automation Station, you can use ARP and we will do
the conversion from Automation Station to ARP for you on your
mailing list and trackers. The cost of ARP is currently $197 - that
is a one time cost paid to the company that authors and supports
Auto Response Plus (autoresponseplus). We will walk you
through this whole process until your previous website with
ThirdSphere is running on Hit Director, ARP is installed and your
mailing lists and trackers are converted.
2. You never had a mailing list, but want to start one, and would like
to use ARP and the website you were using before ThirdSphere shut
down. You will also need to purchase an one time ARP licence
($197). We will walk you through this whole process until your
previous website with ThirdSphere is running on Hit Director, and
ARP is installed.

*On August 5th, 2010 Paridox Ventures sent an email to all ThirdSphere
shared hosting customer notifying them that as of September 5th shared
hosting services would be discontinued. You can read the email HERE.
